1. Binding Agreement & Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Merchant", or "You") and Funlabs Creation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your download, access, and use of the LinkSell mobile software application (Google Play Package ID: com.funlabs.linksell) and related website services.
By downloading, installing, registering an account, or using LinkSell, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all terms, you must uninstall LinkSell immediately.
2. Description of Service & License Grant
LinkSell provides digital store management, point-of-sale (POS) receipt printing, customer/supplier credit ledgers (Khata), GST tax invoice generation, and expense tracking services.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Funlabs Creation grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute LinkSell on compatible Android hardware solely for your internal business operations.
3. User Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials and authentication passwords.
- You accept full responsibility for all sales orders, invoices, payments, and store records generated under your registered account.
- You agree to notify Funlabs Creation immediately at funlabs.ad@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refund Policy
Certain premium modules of LinkSell require paid subscription tiers billed periodically:
- Payment Processing: In-app subscriptions and feature upgrades are processed securely via Google Play Billing or Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active billing cycle via Google Play Subscriptions or in-app account settings.
- Refund Policy: All subscription fee payments are subject to Google Play Refund Policies. Funlabs Creation does not issue direct cash refunds for partial monthly or annual billing periods except where mandated by statutory consumer protection laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Use Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Use LinkSell to generate fraudulent invoices, facilitate money laundering, or sell illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying database architecture of LinkSell.
- Circumvent or tamper with Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, API endpoints, or subscription verification systems.
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or automated scraping scripts targeting LinkSell servers.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, software code, UI designs, logos, and brand identities associated with Funlabs Creation and LinkSell remain the exclusive property of Funlabs Creation. You retain sole ownership of the business inventory data, store logos, and invoice records created by your store within the application.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Tax Advice
LinkSell is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Funlabs Creation does not warrant that app operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. LinkSell is a business management tool and does not constitute certified legal, financial, or tax accounting advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoice records comply with local GST/tax statutory requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Funlabs Creation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, store revenue, business data, hardware failure, or operational downtime arising from your use of LinkSell.
