A. User Identity & Contact Information
- Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Profile Image.
- Store Name, Store Address, Logo, GSTIN / Tax Identifier (optional).
- Account credentials managed via secure authentication providers (Supabase / Google Sign-In).
B. Store Operating & Financial Data
- Product catalog inventory items, prices, SKUs, and stock counts.
- Sales orders, estimates, PDF invoice records, purchase bills, and expense logs.
- Customer and supplier ledger records (Khata), credit balances, and partial payment histories.
- UPI Payment VPA handles and transaction IDs processed via Razorpay or Google Play Billing. (Raw credit card or banking secrets are never stored on our servers).
C. Technical & Device Diagnostic Data
- Android Device Model, Operating System Version, Screen Resolution, IP Address.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Push Tokens for order alerts.
- AdMob Advertising Identifiers (AAID) for serving targeted ad placements.
- Crash telemetry, diagnostic logs, and application performance metrics.
3. Android Hardware Permissions Requested
To deliver specific features, LinkSell requests explicit runtime device permissions:
- CAMERA: Required for scanning product barcodes, QR codes, and attaching receipt photos.
- STORAGE / MEDIA (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE & WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to generate, export, and save tax PDF invoices and financial reports to your device storage.
- BLUETOOTH / BLUETOOTH_CONNECT: Required to pair and print receipts on 58mm / 80mm ESC/POS Bluetooth thermal printers.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We collaborate with vetted third-party service infrastructure providers who process data strictly in compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies:
- Supabase Inc.: Encrypted cloud PostgreSQL database hosting, Row-Level Security (RLS), and authentication. (Privacy Policy)

5. Mandatory Account & Data Deletion Policy (SLA)
In accordance with Google Play User Data policies, users have full control to permanently delete their account and associated store data at any time:
How to Initiate Deletion:
- In-App Deletion: Open LinkSell ➔ Navigate to Settings ➔ Select Delete Account & Data.
- Email Deletion Request: Send an email from your registered address to funlabs.ad@gmail.com or support@funlabscreation.com with the subject

Processing SLA: Upon receiving your request, all personal details, product inventory, invoices, ledgers, and authentication records associated with your account are permanently purged from Supabase production databases within 24 to 48 business hours. Non-identifiable aggregated transaction metrics required for mandatory financial audit compliance may be retained as prescribed by applicable tax laws.
6. Data Security & Storage Safeguards
We enforce rigorous security architecture to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All API communications operate over HTTPS (TLS 1.3) encryption. Database tables employ strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring that user store data is cryptographically segregated and accessible solely by verified account owners.
7. Children's Privacy
LinkSell is a commercial business management application and is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete such data from our servers.
